Are you ever curious to know the person behind the teddies?
You are? Well, here's a little taste of the real Paula ...

Paula now! Paula 1964
What's most important in life?

Definitely my kids. They are aged 25 and 23 (daughter and son) Both live at home with me keeping the house alive with their chatter and loud music.
I'm part of a large family and although we're spread quite far and wide these days, family is important to all of us. I am the oldest of five sisters and between us we have ten children - my son is the only boy!

I'm a very proud auntie and am lucky enough to have eight nieces aged between newborn and 20.

Summertime and the living is easy! Favourite things to do?
I'm a fair weather gardener - I love the summertime when flowers are in full bloom and I love to potter in the garden; making my little corner of England pretty.
I keep a deckchair on the lawn and one of my favourite pastimes is to enjoy the summer flowers, while I indulge myself with a good book. My corner of England!
Mote Park Whenever I can, I walk round the lake in my local park. It's beautiful there and a great way to de-stress. When I first walked through the park I was just a youngster. Since then I've spent many happy hours there both on my own and with my family during the past almost thirty years. To view a few more of my favourite haunts, CLICK HERE!
Taste in music?
Definitely a touch of 'The blues', I love Robert Cray! I'd also better own up to having some 60 & 70's soul/disco in my collection. Favourite song of all time has to be Otis Reading 'Sitting on the Dock of the Bay'. I did eventually grow up and ditch the Bay City Rollers honestly! I think I was about 12 when this pic was taken.

Favourite place to be?
Polperro in Cornwall. I've spent many happy times here and I never tire of the magic. It's a beautiful old smugglers' village nestling beneath the cliffs and for me, it's just more special than anywhere else I can think of.
Where does the bear-making get done?
Now that I've moved house, I am fortunate that I have a designated room I can tuck myself away in to work. I have everything I need around me, all my bear-making bits and of course, a tv, dvd and stereo so that I can play my music as I work.
Workroom
Workroom I have a large toybox where I store all my fabrics. I love the fact that I can create as much mess as I like in this room and then leave it exactly as I want to find it the next day, close the door and walk away when I'm finished!
So, what else can I tell you?
Well, it's hard to know where to start. I'm pretty much like anyone else - you know, like a laugh but also need quiet private time; had both ups and downs in life. Busy having to be adult whilst still wondering why on earth it should be necessary!

In fact, I'm still wondering what I want to be when I grow up ....
