I am pleased to offer you a helpful payment option, to ease the financial pressure of buying your very special designer teddy bear.

Teddy bears currently in stock and available for immediate purchase are described as such on their webpage. I am happy to reserve your preferred bear with a 50% deposit and the balance to be paid in full, together with postage, one month later. Your bear will be sent to you as soon as payment is completed.

Commission orders: I don't automatically accept commission orders, but if you would like a special bear created for you and we are able to agree a commission, a 50% deposit will be requested at the time of order and the balance, plus postage will become payable when your bear is ready to travel to you.

All I ask in return is that payment dates are respected.

It's so simple to order your special bear! Please send me an email, stating which bear you are interested in, by clicking on the email link below.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW: The bears are made entirely by Paula from design concept through to the final stitch; so unless otherwise stated on their webpage, limited edition bears many need to be made to order especially for the customer, because the bears tend to find new homes more quickly than Paula can reproduce them. If your chosen bear is available for immediate purchase, it will be clearly stated on his webpage. My bears currently range in size from 11" to 23" and are priced between £165 and £350+ (plus shipping) each.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: I am able to accept payment by the following methods : Cheque/Postal Order/Visa/MasterCard/Paypal Bears will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full and cleared. Reservation system: Website Bears will be marked 'reserved' for up to 48 hours whilst payment arrangements are confirmed. If deposits/payments remain unconfirmed after that time, reservations will be cancelled and the bear will be made available for general sale once more. When payment has been received, the bear will be marked 'SOLD'. Please note: Webshow bears cannot be reserved without a minimum 50% holding deposit payable on show day.

ALL BEAR creates teddy bears solely for the adult collector and bears are NOT sold as being suitable for children. Please note: whilst we have tried to represent bears accurately on this site, there may be slight variance in colour as different monitors may show colour differently. Owing to the handcrafted nature of the product, there may be slight variance in the finished product. All payments must be received in UK pounds sterling. All credit card transactions will be debited in UK pounds sterling at the exchange rate selected by the card issuer. Postage/packaging charges are charged on all orders. Overseas customers are responsible for all charges imposed by customs and these are not included within the delivery charge. Bears will be dispatched upon receipt and clearance of funds. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance and five/seven working days for Paypal clearance. Deposits/instalments paid for made to order/commissioned bears are non-refundable and non-transferable. Bears currently in stock and sold direct from this website are offered in accordance with the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations. Returns will only be accepted at the expense of the customer and if received in 'as new' condition at ALL BEAR within seven days of customer's receipt. Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable. Please contact ALL BEAR prior to posting to advise of return, if returning item. Please insure item fully - All Bear will not accept liability for missing, or damaged in post items. All orders accepted are subject to All Bear's current terms and conditions.
